Welding machines and semi-automatic machines are designed for welding butt joints under a layer of flux with and without cutting edges, for welding corner seams with a vertical and inclined electrode, as well as overlapping seams. Seams can be rectilinear and annular. The machine moves along the product or along the guide ruler laid on it during operation. It is supplied with a control unit for a VDU-1202 or TDFJ-1002 type power supply.

 

ADF-1002 automatic machines are manufactured in two versions according to operating conditions:

• U3 – for work in countries with a temperate climate at ambient temperatures from - 10 ° C to +40 ° C, relative humidity of 80% at 15 ° C at an altitude above sea level up to 1000 m.
• O4 – for work in countries with a tropical climate at ambient temperatures from - 5 ° C to +45 ° C, relative humidity of 80% at 27 ° C at an altitude above sea level up to 1000 m.
• ADF-1002-2 are manufactured only in the climatic version of U3.
